Dear Valued Customer,
The COVID-19 was an unexpected shock to all of us. During difficult times like these, communication with our customers becomes even more important. There is also the need for social distancing to reduce the infection at a minimal rate.
Therefore, in a bid for proper safety measures, and adherence to guidelines by the federal and state government, we have implemented policies to ensure that our employees are safe while carrying out business activities.
Only skeleton staff essential to providing our core services will be present in our offices. All parties involved in the transportation of goods will undertake all required safety measures to fortify themselves against the virus
Although delays in our services are likely to surface, we will ensure that if there is any change in our ability to supply our customers, we will promptly contact the affected customers. Additionally, we will work with the affected customers to try to mitigate any adverse effects of the COVID-19.
We will continue with the hygiene protocols we have in place already and ensure that our staff and visitors are monitored according to the guidelines. Our staff will comply with similar protocols that you may have in place at the points of delivery.
Lastly, we want to assure you that this is just a phase, and soon enough, things will change for good. Thank you for your understanding and consideration in this matter.
